Accessibility
Items that require extra effort to reach — tight staircases, attic access, below-grade basements, multi-story carries — may add to the estimate. We'll flag this upfront.
Weight of Materials
Heavy materials like concrete, brick, rock, gravel, or granite can exceed truck weight limits and may carry additional disposal fees. We'll let you know before we start.
Hazardous Materials
We can't transport paint, chemicals, motor oil, asbestos, propane tanks, or medical waste — Florida law prohibits it. If you're unsure, just ask us and we can point you to the right resource.

Yes — our minimum is approximately $179 for loads under 1/8 of a truck. This covers the cost of dispatching a crew, fuel, and basic disposal. Single-item pickups like a mattress or small appliance typically fall in this range.
Our pricing is all-inclusive — labor, hauling, and disposal are all covered. The only situations where additional fees may apply are extremely heavy materials (concrete, rock, granite) that exceed standard disposal rates, or jobs requiring unusually difficult access. We'll always disclose these before starting.
