For more than three decades, Miller's Dutch Kitchen was a Bradenton institution — a place where neighbors became regulars, and regulars became family. Our grandfather poured his life into that restaurant, and this city poured its heart back.

We're his grandsons. Shawn and Japheth Miller grew up in the shadow of that legacy — watching what it looks like to build something with genuine care for the people you serve. When we started Junk Savior, we weren't thinking about junk removal. We were thinking about that restaurant.

The same values that kept Miller's Dutch Kitchen going for 35 years are the ones we bring to every job: show up, do honest work, treat people right, and leave things better than you found them.
